This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) forms part of the Cash2Cart Customer Agreement and applies to all customers using Cash2Cart services.
Cash2Cart, operated by ShopUnlocked LLC (Florida, USA), is a purchasing facilitation service. Customers may request online purchases using Reload Amounts confirmed by Cash2Cart.
1. Prohibited Uses
Customers may NOT use Cash2Cart to purchase, request, or attempt to purchase:
- weapons, ammunition, knives, or tactical gear
- illegal drugs, controlled substances, or paraphernalia
- pornographic or explicit sexual content
- hacking equipment, illegal electronics, surveillance equipment
- counterfeit or replica products
- cryptocurrency, NFTs, digital coins, or financial instruments
- gambling credits, casino chips, or betting-related items
- prepaid phone minutes, gift cards, or reloadable instruments
- items prohibited under U.S. federal law
- items prohibited by the freight forwarder selected by the customer
Cash2Cart will reject any request involving prohibited goods.
2. Prohibited Behavior
Customers may NOT:
- submit fraudulent or altered payment proof
- attempt chargeback, reversal, or platform manipulation
- provide misleading product information
- harass or verbally abuse staff
- use multiple identities to avoid verification
- use foreign currency channels without prior confirmation
- attempt to bypass Cash2Cart’s policies, limits, or processes
3. Platform & Merchant Restrictions
Cash2Cart may refuse requests from:
- merchants with known fraud risk
- stores that do not accept virtual cards
- websites with unverifiable legitimacy
- websites requiring customer logins not provided
- platforms incompatible with U.S.-based card issuing rules
4. Consequences of Violation
Violations may result in:
- immediate cancellation of the request
- permanent account termination
- forfeiture of remaining Reload Amount (if misuse is proven)
- reporting to payment platforms
- legal action for fraud or abuse
5. Changes
Cash2Cart may update this AUP at any time. Changes become effective upon publication.
