  • compliance with obligations required by our reload processor

This is not regulatory KYC/AML and is not equivalent to bank-level verification.

  • comparison of details in your payment proof

5. PAYMENT PROOF & VERIFICATION

Because Cash2Cart only acts after funds are received, we require clear proof of payment.

You must provide:

  • full screenshot of the transaction
  • date and time
  • sender name
  • transaction ID
  • amount sent

Blurry, incomplete, cropped, or altered images will be rejected.

Processing begins only after actual receipt of funds is confirmed.

6. FOREIGN CURRENCY & ACCEPTANCE LIMITS

Cash2Cart is operated in the United States.
Acceptance of foreign currencies (mobile wallets or bank accounts outside the U.S.) is a privilege, not a guarantee.

We may:

  • limit foreign currency acceptance
  • suspend certain payment channels
  • adjust amounts due to exchange rate fluctuations
  • require extra verification for foreign payments

Foreign currency acceptance may be discontinued at any time without notice.
